Biography and Academic and cultural activities of Ass. Prof. Zabihullah Danesh, Chancellor of Technical University of Ghazni (TUG)

Ass. Prof. Zabihullah Danesh, son of Mohammad Naser Danesh, was born in 1981 on the day of Eid-ul-Adha in the village of Kohna Varqalkh in Nahor district of Ghazni province in a spiritual family. In 1997, he graduated from Sarab High School with a highest degree. After graduation form high school, he worked as a teacher at Shahid Ghulam Haidar and Shahid Mohammad Hassan High Schools and taught mathematics, physics, geometry and trigonometry for two years in Nahor district of Ghazni province. He participated in the entrance exam in 2004 and were entered in the Faculty of Science of Kabul University. He was included in that faculty with excellent grades in the Department of Computer Science and in 2007 he graduated from that field with honors.

During his studies, in addition to teaching in a number of schools and educational courses in Kabul, he had academic, cultural and social activities, and as one of founders of social and cultural associations such as "Armaghan-e-Wahdat" and "Tafakkur". In addition to his social, cultural and educational activities, Mr. Danesh is also a poet. His poems and articles have been published in numerous magazines and media in Afghanistan.

Mr. Danesh, having excellent undergraduate staff scores; He was included in the competitive exam of Kabul Polytechnic University and after receiving excellent grades in 2009, he was included in the academic staff of that university as a lecturer in the Computer Engineering department of faculty of computer engineering and informatics.

In the middle of 2010, Mr. Danesh went to Ankara University, Turkey, to obtain a master's degree in his field (computer engineering). In Turkey, he learned Turkish for a year. After that, he studied for two years and got his master degree in computer engineering from Ankara University in Turkey, which is one of the best universities in the country. After returning to the country, he continued his sacred duties as a lecturer and academic member at Kabul Polytechnic University.

In the fall of 2014, he was introduced by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan as the head of Ghazni Technical-Engineering University. Then, in the spring of 2016, he appointed as the chancellor of Technical University of Ghazni (TUG) by the decree of the high presidential official. Although the new Technical University of Ghazni (TUG) was established and young and needed redoubled efforts to find its main position. Mr. Danesh has carried out this great responsibility well with his efforts. Now this young university is standing on its own feet thanks to the efforts of the head Danesh and colleagues.

New disciplines (Civil Engineering and Energy Engineering) have been created in addition to the previous disciplines (Geology and Mining Engineering and Electrical Engineering). Photovoltaic laboratories (solar energy) have been equipped in the form of a scientific and important memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Slovak University of Technology and have been activated. In addition to useful scientific agreements with Kabul Polytechnic University, Kabul University, agreements have been signed with other private and government institutions.

Writing a scientific article and presenting it in the azure seminar entitled "The Lapis Lazuli Route and potential opportunities to reinforcement this project as a new Silk Road initiative for Afghanistan"
Writing socio-cultural articles and poems and publishing them in various magazines and websites, and social media
Active participation in the 6^th International Conference on Human Values in Higher Education at IIT Kanpur University of India and presenting a new model of human values in higher education and discussion and publishing it in some of Indian journals.
Active participation in the scientific seminar of Higher Education Management in Afghanistan in China and presenting the scientific article "The Belt and Road Initiative and Educational Relationship between Afghanistan and China"
